1. Analytics and Diagnostics Controls
The app may provide settings that allow you to enable or disable certain categories of data collection, such as anonymous app usage analytics and crash reports.
If such switches are available in your version of the app, you may change your choice at any time in the app settings.
2. Advertising and Privacy Controls
Depending on the country, region, platform, and legal requirements, the app may display a dedicated consent form or a privacy choices section related to advertising, performance measurement, data use, and similar purposes.
If a separate privacy choices screen is available for your scenario, you may open it through the app and update your choice at any time, where such functionality is provided by the advertising technology used and applicable law.
Changing advertising preferences may affect the type of advertising shown, including ad personalization, but does not necessarily disable advertising completely.
3. Device Permission Controls
You may change or revoke app permissions at any time through your device’s system settings, including:
- notifications;
- exact reminders and alarms;
- microphone and speech recognition;
- camera;
- photos and gallery;
- file access;
- system device authentication, if the app lock feature is used.
The app lock feature uses the device’s system mechanisms. The app does not receive or store the user’s biometric data, PIN, password, or screen lock pattern.
If you disable certain permissions, some app features may work in a limited way or become unavailable.
On iPhone/iOS, permissions and app access protection may also be managed through iPhone settings, Apple system dialogs, Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode.
4. Managing Data Within the App
The user may independently:
- delete tasks, subtasks, attachments, and other data created within the app;
- change theme, language, interface, and other settings;
- manage reminders and related settings;
- delete the app’s local data by uninstalling the app or clearing its data through the device settings, if supported by the platform.
- manage the display of tasks in device widgets, if such widgets are used;
If the user adds an app widget to the device home screen, the app may store a local technical snapshot of upcoming tasks, dates, times, and display settings so that the widget can show current data.
5. Backups
If you use backup through Google Drive, iCloud, or another connected service, you can manage such backups through that service and its settings, including deleting previously created copies.
If you enable backup encryption, you set the password yourself. The app does not save this password and cannot recover it. If the password is lost, restoring the encrypted backup will be impossible.
If you use backup through Google Drive, iCloud, Apple ID, or another connected service, you can manage such backups through the relevant service, account settings, or device settings, including deleting previously created backup copies or revoking app access.
6. Subscription and Paid Access
Subscription management, subscription cancellation, payment settings changes, and refund requests are handled through the relevant app store, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store, in accordance with that platform’s rules and applicable law.
7. Data-Related Requests
If applicable law gives you the right to request access to data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, or other actions, you may submit a request to: [email protected].
It is recommended that your request specify:
- which app and which platform are being used;
- the nature of the request;
- a contact address for the response;
- additional details that will help us process the request.
8. Website Analytics Controls
The ovelniva.com website uses Google Analytics. This service helps us understand how visitors use the website: which pages are opened more often, which countries and devices users access the website from, and how we can improve the website’s content, navigation, and functionality.
Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies. These cookies are not required for the website to function.
If consent for analytical cookies is required in your region, the website may display a banner or a privacy choices window. Until your consent is obtained, Google Analytics analytical cookies are not used or are used only in a limited mode, where this is provided by the consent settings and applicable law.
You can accept or reject the use of Google Analytics. If you reject analytics, the website will continue to work normally, but we will not be able to include your visit in the statistics used to improve the website.
You may also change your choice through the “Privacy Choices” section, if this option is available on the website.
